SUSTENANCE ARTISAN BREADS

As the name implies, we feel that bread should serve as basic nourishment made from basic ingredients. Many of our breads are crafted from just four ingredients:

wheat icon bullet flour
wheat icon bullet water
wheat icon bullet salt
wheat icon bullet yeast

By artfully adjusting the temperature and length of dough fermentation, our breads take on unique flavors and textures not found in typical store breads.

7AM-6PM              7AM-1PM              CLOSED

We will be open Dec 31st until 3 pm. Closed Jan 1. Open at 7am Jan 2nd.
