GLUTEN FREE

We are proud of the breads and pastries we offer for those needing to limit gluten in the diet. Although we do not operate a "gluten-free" bakery, we do have a designated vault area in the bakery for all of our gluten-free ingredients, wares, utensils, and production needs.

Over the past year, we have started to incorporate chia seed into our gluten-free breads to provide extra softness and "lift" to the bread. Many find these breads to be the very best quality of any breads in the area.

Other products made available at varying times are pizzas crusts, biscotti, chocolate decadence, shortcakes, and selected cookies.



























 


 

 

 

 

It is best to call ahead to reserve your gluten-free items or to ask for a particular item to be made. On occasion, fresh-frozen loaves are also available. Let us know how we can improve our products to suit your needs! For your convenience, Whole Foods Co-op now stocks our gluten-free "chia bread" on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday after 6 pm.
